Hi Lewis,
After personally witnessing your gift I have to say it was amazing. You were dead on with the facts, but the real kicker was your personal insights! I almost fell out of my chair at some of the things you told me. I liked your technique of honesty and not sugar coating things, with a dash of humour.

Hey Lewis,
Thanks for listening to me once again and grounding me in my thoughts.  You are always honest and insightful and your gift allows one to only grow spiritually.   I always leave feeling hopeful and grounded. I will keep you updated on my case as it unfolds.
God bless you Lewis,
Tammy

Dear Lewis,
I decided to you write you this email, to express my deepest and truest gratitude emotion from the constant help you provide when I seek you. I will always appreciate, value and hold close to my heart you enlightenment, advise, and vision for me, you were always there when you I sought help, in times of low and trouble.

As you know, I was about to lose my job by end of last month (March 2011), and I was officially informed of so. I was so low and sought your advise. You never gave up hope on me, and gave me strength and positive power to get through that day.  While the deadline was getting nearer, I nearly lost hope, not until the 30th of March, when I was told that my boss (who caused me all the suffering) was terminated from her position.  I cried and remembered your visions, they were all in place and right - as always.

So again, Lewis, thanks for your enormous help, I wouldn’t be so carefree and in an ease if it wasn’t for you.  I bow with honor, you are such an amazing gifted person.

I am sure you don't remember me or my reading back in August since you do so many readings!  We talked about me working in Starbucks part time and how great it was going to be for me.  So I applied twice, and nothing! I applied now for the third time and got a part time barista job with the good expectation of going to shift supervisor in 3 months.

Thank you so much for the reading that sent me down this path!

A Wise Woman

A wise woman who was traveling in the mountains found a precious stone in a stream. The next day she met another traveler who was hungry, and the wise woman opened her bag to share her food. The hungry traveler saw the precious stone and asked the woman to give it to him. She did so without hesitation. The traveler left, rejoicing in his good fortune. He knew the stone was worth enough to give him security for a lifetime. But a few days later he came back to return the stone to the wise woman. "I've been thinking," he said, "I know how valuable the stone is, but I give it back in the hope that you can give me something even more precious. Give me what you have within you that enabled you to give me the stone." - Author Unknown

Beating the Blahs

orange26TIP:  If yo want to help conquer the blahs, then think of the colors PINK or ORANGE!

Pink - Pink is an upbeat and happy, friendly, and calming color. It is also a color of good health.

Orange - Often times called "The Happy Color".It also resembles success, courage, adventure, warmth, and enthusiasm. Frank Sinatra once said that "Orange is the happiest color".

I often will carry something orange around with me. Whenever I need a pick me up I take it out and I place it in my open left hand. I look at the color and imagine the color creeping into my aura up my left side arm and down my chest, past my hips, knees and over every toe. It then goes to my right side going up my leg, then the torso, covering the arm, surrounding my head and joining the left side to have it completely covering me. This take only a minute.  Then I relax and 'feel' the orange color vibrate with my breathing. I take a deep breath in through the nose and slowly exhale through the mouth. I do this 10 times. Every breath in is new, positive, happy thoughts and energy and the exhaled breath is unwanted, or stale thoughts and energy.

I then get up and go about my day feeling more energized.

Do this as many times throughout your day as you please.  It works for me!

Balance Check In

PDF Print E-mail

balanceWith our lives busier then ever there comes a time when we all want the world to stop or at least slow down.  How often do you find yourself saying “If I only had more time”!

May I suggest for you to try do the following:

In this week, make a list of the people and the the things that you are most grateful for.  Then ask yourself whether your time and energy is in balance with what you have on your grateful list.

This is a good check in to see if we need to perhaps adjust some things in our life.  Remember no one but you will know what you need to help put yourself into balance.
When you come up with a strategy, take a few steps at a time.  This way, the changes you make will stick and last you for the long run.  This is a time for expectation of how you want to live your life, be fair but tough with yourself.  Change doesn’t come easy to some of us, allow yourself some time to adjust and make the changes necessary to bring yourself into balance.  For some this may be the first time they have felt a sense of balance, for others it’s a welcome return to a way of living.  Whatever your case is, be determined to make the necessary changes to accomplish your goal.  It may sting for a bit to make some changes, but even a mosquito bite eventually goes away and doesn’t bother you anymore!

You can take this balance check a step further by meditating on the changes you are making.  Find a comfortable spot to sit.  Close your eyes.  Then clear your mind by taking 10 deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.  Nice and slow.
Now starting with your toes, focus on relaxing them and work your way up your body till you reach the top of your head.  Imagine beautiful brilliant coloured light stretching out of your head and surrounding your entire body.  Sit there and enjoy this blanket of light.  You pick the colours that you want or just let the colours appear.

Let your inner self wander to your list of beautiful balance changes.  Envision yourself the way you want your life to be after you have completed the changes that are on your list.  Sense how happy you are (don’t forget to smile).  Notice how everything is being accomplished and you still have time for yourself.  Feel the stress willingly leaving your body as if it never was meant to be there.  Sense how others interact around you at home and at work.  Feel the stronger connections with the people close to you.  Imagine what it will be like to be in your balance.

When you are satisfied with what you are envisioning, you may come out of your meditation.  Stay as long as you like within.  Slowly breath through in through your nose and as you breath out through your mouth, release all the tension, stress and fear.  Do this 10 times and slowly open your eyes.

Smile (if you already aren’t) and then send love and gratitude to yourself.
Job well done!

Namaste

Living in Truth

PDF Print E-mail

Would you rather have someone be honest with you, or lie?  Sometimes the truth hurts is a quote that many use, but does the truth really need to hurt?
I always prefer honesty. It doesn't have to be mean or rude, if it comes from the heart. I think it's the receivers perception on how the information is being presented that is key. As long as it was delivered with compassion then it should be received the same way.

Would you rather be fooled and manipulated because you don’t want to know the truth? Or being enlightened that the truth can set you free?  With a sense of freedom from situations that haven’t been working out or old habits that refuse to shift and move forward can leave us stuck and feeling vulnerable.  In those situations we tend to hide from the truth.  We know the writing is on the wall, but we choose to look the other way.

I think by receiving the truth you stand in your integrity and no one can take that away from you.  This is your essence.  Yes, we can hide or live out of our integrity, but once inside, it becomes the perfect fit.  A warm cocoon of honesty, truth, fearlessness and determination awaits you.  You can focus your attention on moving forward and leaving the hurt behind now.  Time to heal old useless wounds.  Take what you learned from that period with you as you go towards your abundance.  You are safe, you are protected and you are living your truth.

This morning as I contemplate Thanksgiving and all that I am thankful for I am compelled to tell the love story of baby Keenan. I don't take it for granted that I have been blessed now three times with three beautiful and entirely different souls. You'd think it might have gotten old by now but each child is a pure miracle. However, I'm not sure if it's the fact that I am almost certain Keenan will be our last child or old age, maturity, spiritual growth or a combination of all of it but I am in total awe with this new little soul that we have in our lives in a different way. Being a parent is gruesome at times, stressful, confusing and it takes its toll. The dark side of parenting can often overshadow the whole experience making it hard to see the lightness. I am struck by these emotions of pure gratitude that we were chosen as his parents.
